My internship at AllSet Learning

Friday was the last day of my internship at AllSet Learning, which I did for six weeks July - August 2011. It really was a great experience, for a number of reasons.

First off it was fun working with John Pasden having been a ChinesePod user and reader of his blog for quite a while (it was also great to meet the guys at ChinesePod). And getting to spend some time in Shanghai was interesting as it does seem to be the most international and unusual city in mainland China.

The stuff I was working on at AllSet was very cool as well, and I’m going to continue contributing to one of the projects in my spare time. I was genuinely impressed with the way the company worked and the way John spends a lot of time keeping up to date with technology and researching new educational methods.
